How to accrue your points:

On arrival, place your card on the table, in order to alert the waiter that you are an Accrue Card member.
Hand your card to your waitron when paying your bill.
Your waitron will swipe your card through the point of sale.
You will then receive a printed sheet verifying your transaction.

Approximately after 7 days of having accumulated your points, they are yours to spend.
Hand your card to your waitron when paying your bill and indicate the number of points you want to redeem against that particular transaction.
A statement of all your transactions and your balance (number of points) can be obtained by clicking here as well as in store.
Your points on a specific transaction will only reflect on our system in approximately 7 days.

Your birthday voucher is valid on your next visit, after obtaining your card and with proof of identification.
Your birthday voucher can be redeemed once during the month of your birthday.
Points can be accumulated from 1 January through to 31 December of each year and may be redeemed at any time during this period. If not redeemed, points will expire on 28 February two years later i.e.: points expiring on 28 February 2010 = points accumulated in 2008.
An Accrue card can be bought at any branch for R25.
A fee of R25 will be charged for the replacement of lost card.
Benefits, accumulation and redemption of points are only valid on presentation of the card.
