  • Only the APPholder can earn points on each bill.
  • Only one APP may be used per bill.
  • Points and/or tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or used to tip the waitron or to buy gift vouchers.
  • This membership is not transferable.
  • Points and benefits apply when ordering takeaways directly form store and not third party delivery companies.
  • Points may be accumulated from 1 November through to 31 October each year and may be redeemed during this period. If not redeemed, points will expire annually on 31 October, provided that three years have elapsed from the date on which the points were accumulated.
  • All points not used within 3 years of acquiring them will expire.
  • All tickets will expire within 3 months of receiving
  • Benefits, accumulation and redemption of points are only valid on presentation of the APP
  • Points and tickets may only be redeemed by the registered holder of the APP.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without notice although such suspension or termination shall not be affected without appropriate justification.
  • Any dispute in relation to any aspect of the program will be determined by any director of Cape Town Fish Market or his nominee, whose decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Cape Town Fish Market reserves the right to change the benefits, terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notification which will be recorded on our website and such notice period will apply from date of such publication.
  • Members shall have no claims whatsoever against Cape Town Fish Market (or any of its franchisees) for any damages incurred as a result of their participation in the program.
  • The programme is subject to any peremptory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) (including any regulations framed there under) applicable to this programme. Any such applicable provisions shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.
  • Birthday Vouchers: Can take up to 48hours to reflect in your APP, after the yearly R1000 spend have been reached.
  • This Loyalty App is only available to users that have a South African Mobile Number and a mobile phone linked to the South African App Store (be it google play or IOS Apps).
