Cape Town Fish Market is a restaurant built on fresh ingredients, a relaxing atmosphere, and, most of all, great-tasting seafood and sushi. The first CTFM opened its doors in 1997 when Douw Krugmann started a fresh fish store in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront. Today, CTFM is proud to have locations across South Africa, as well as one in Tanzania and one in Namibia.
We are continuously expanding and looking for investors to become franchisees and have opportunities available for investors and operators.

Online Training & Support
Other employees will be trained in the new restaurant or in a nearby restaurant.
The duration of training will be determined by how much experience the franchisee has.
Cape Town Fish Market has government accreditation for both its front of house and back of house training courses.
Employees can improve their skills by completing a range of online training courses, which include self-assessment tests.
Managers can also test employees using the online tests.
Turnkey Operation
An upfront guaranteed building cost will be agreed before the project starts (this will form part of the franchise agreement) and any additional expenses will be covered by the head office.
Staff training will happen in parallel with the building project so that staff are ready when the store opens.
Financials & Reporting
CTFM head office will handle your payroll.
You will be able to benchmark yourself against other stores in the group.
CTFM head office provides ratio analysis and reports such as spend per head, promo sales, waiter analytics and cost of sales.
